This is a BHD 20 gift card that can be used at Dr. Tariq Hospital within 12 months from the date of purchase, for any and all services within the hospital’s facilities.
The recipient of the gift card will be registered with the hospital whereby the gift card is not transferable in whole or in part. This amount can be used for multiple visits throughout the 12 month period, and can be supplemented with cash in cases where the total bill exceeds the gift card value.
