Complaints and Feedback Procedure

We prioritize patient safety, quality care, and open communication. Feedback from patients, family members, and visitors is essential to our efforts to continually improve. Your voice matters, and we are here to listen and act upon your suggestions or complaints regarding our staff, facilities, and services.

Your Right to Make a Complaint

As a valued patient or visitor, you have the right to raise concerns about your care or services. All complaints are promptly forwarded to the Quality Department, where they are carefully investigated and addressed. Our team ensures that each issue is reviewed with care and resolved transparently and effectively.

If a complaint is made verbally to a staff member, a complaint form will be immediately filled out and sent to the Quality Department for prompt action.

Review and Resolution Timeframe

Our aim is to resolve complaints as quickly as possible, with a target resolution timeframe of 72 hours. Throughout this process, you will be kept informed about the status of your complaint, either via phone or email. This transparent approach ensures that your concerns are handled with urgency and care.
